Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, please note the following conditions:

• The return request must be initiated within 1 day from the date of delivery.
• The product should be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• Personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for return unless they are found to be defective or not as described.
• Certain items, like pierced jewellery, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
• Please note that the return eligibility of specific products may be mentioned on the product page.

To request a return, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your swatipearls.in account.
• Go to the "Order History" section.
• Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
• Click on the "Return Item" option and follow the instructions provided.

Once your return request is initiated and approved, please follow these steps:

• Pack the product securely in the original packaging.
• Include a copy of the invoice and any accessories that were included with the product.
• Seal the package and clearly mark it as a return.
• Arrange for the return package to be shipped to our designated address.

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
• We recommend using a reputable courier or shipping service that provides tracking information.
• Swati Pearls & Jewellers is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during return shipping.

• Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
• If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 6–12 business days.
• The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges, which are non-refundable.
