Restringing
Pearls are knotted individually on silk for a reason — the thread wears over time, and restringing keeps a strand secure and beautiful for generations.
When to Restring
Every 1–2 years with regular wear, or sooner if the silk has yellowed, loosened, or pearls no longer sit close to their knots.
Our Process
Each pearl is re-knotted by hand on fresh silk in Nampally. Clasps are inspected and replaced if needed.
Turnaround
Typically 5–7 business days depending on strand length and design complexity.
We're happy to restring pearl jewellery from any source — not just pieces purchased from us. Bring or send the piece and we'll provide a quote.
